Warranty and Product Return Policy
All products are under the warranty of the manufacturers unless otherwise stated. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, you should definitely check the product during the cargo delivery. When you see a damage, keep a record and do not get the product. Changes made on the product, deformation of the product or deterioration of the original state of the product are not covered by the warranty.
If the product you purchased on our site is found to be faulty, you must contact us in the contact section of our page within 7 days at the latest from the delivery date. Following this information, the faulty product that you will send to us with the cargo company will be replaced with a new one. If the ordered product defect is caused by the use of the customer or the product has been used within 7 days, the product cannot be returned or exchanged.
NOT: There are no returns or exchanges on personalized products. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges belong to the buyer.
